Mighty Minds and Muscles Therapy & Coaching Services is a boutique private practice, a learning center, focused on providing individualized attention on each client and family. We offer individual and groups sessions, depending on the need of the client. Our services are provided in school, at home or in our therapy space.

As the clinical director, Padra Smith, MS,OTR/L, SIPT has nearly 20 years of experience in O.T. and has been providing the Tomatis Method for about 9 years. She is a level 4 Tomatis Consultant.   Padra is passionate about providing holistic programs that support individual needs.  Padra is assisted by a team of highly trained therapists.

Although we are trained in a number of listening programs, we apply Tomatis Method as our primary program.  Most often the Tomatis Method is a supplement to our neurodevelopmental occupational therapy services.  We often combine the Tomatis Method with Masgatova (MNRI) reflex work and/or our Cellfield -Reading Intervention.  

We provide services to children and adults.  We also have a pregnancy program for mothers-to-be.  Tomatis services available in NYC metropolitan area and globally via our teletherapy distance programs.

In addition to traditional occupational therapy services and the Tomatis Method, we also offer Social Skills Groups, Movement Meditation and Mindfulness Classes, Specialized Special Needs Toddler Programs, and Fitness intensives, among other programs.
