ADDnova OT is a Sensory Integration Occupational Therapy practice that was established in 2000. It forms part of the multi-disciplinary “ADDnova Centre for child and family development” in Blairgowrie, Johannesburg.

We are a team of Occupational Therapists working with children ranging from birth to adolescence. Our therapists use a variety of approaches to treat diagnoses such as Sensory Processing Disorder Learning Difficulties Developmental Delay gross motor and fine motor difficulties AD(H)D Autistic Spectrum Disorders scholastic difficulties Down’s Syndrome and other syndromes.

We conduct a detailed assessment followed by a comprehensive report and feedback session for parents. Our therapists create an individualised Occupational Therapy program for each child and are always available to provide updates on your child’s progress. We also offer group therapy for children and sensory experience workshops for parents and teachers.

Our therapists keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of OT by attending regular courses and weekly in-service training sessions.
