Heather graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree and from Temple University's Master of Occupational Therapy program. Heather believes in celebrating each child's strengths while providing the foundation to support their opportunities to grow. Heather found her passion for the Tomatis Method when her son (diagnosed with Autism in 2003) participated in the program at the age of 4; he underwent amazing changes with respect to his motor skills, language, and emotional regulation! In 2013, Heather founded Foundations for Growing private practice with the goal of creating a collaborative center in which children and their families can receive the highest quality, comprehensive, and collaborative care to maximize each child's limitless potential! After 7 successful years of growth, Heather has returned to full time practice of her passion-- the Tomatis Method and provides consultation and programming in multiple states including Tennessee and Pennsylvania.
