Sensorium Therapy Inc. is an occupational Therapy practice that works with the whole person. Our occupational therapy practice is grounded in the DIR® (Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based) model, with a holistic approach that integrates principles of attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and sensory integration. We work with the whole person, recognizing the importance of emotional safety, individual profiles, and relational experiences in fostering development and healing. By honoring each client’s unique strengths, challenges, and developmental capacities, we support growth through attuned, relationship-based interventions that build regulation, engagement, and meaningful functional skills. We consider the Tomatis Method essential in our work to help support a child’s development from the ground up, strengthening the foundation for learning, communication, and emotional growth.
