With more than 20 years of experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I’ve had the privilege of guiding countless individuals through life’s toughest challenges—whether that’s trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, borderline personality disorder, or neurodiverse conditions like ADHD and Autism spectrum disorders. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep toolkit of techniques, some acquired through formal courses, others through years of self-study and research.
While the large majority of clients find relief and healing through my work, there are times when, despite my best efforts, I’m unable to reach those struggling with deeply rooted distress, especially from childhood traumas. This ongoing challenge drives me to stay at the forefront of new therapeutic methods.
The TOMATIS Method is the latest addition to my toolbox, and I am excited about its potential to help those who may not have found relief through traditional approaches. As I continue to learn and refine my practice with this method, my commitment to helping clients heal remains unwavering. It’s all part of my mission to support individuals in regulating their brain and emotions, so they can lead the fulfilling, balanced lives they deserve.
