I help children and adults to achieve optimum psychological wellness using a unique blend of cutting edge therapies. I have specialised in the treatment of psychological trauma for the past thirty-five years and worked in the NHS, private & voluntary sector with children and adults in a variety of settings.

​I practice as a Clinical Psychophysiologist and am a qualified Chartered Psychologist, Psychotherapist & Clinical Social Worker. I have extensive experience in both residential and outpatient services. I founded and ran a trauma centre for people addicted to drugs and alcohol with co-occurring psychological trauma and a residential psychological trauma centre.

I have worked with a diverse range of clients including professional footballers, CEO and military veterans. I worked with those affected by natural disasters & tragedies (e.g. 7/7, 9/11, Grenfell Tower, Haiti earthquake) as well as critical incidents in organisations.
