The Thrive Group is a multidisciplinary therapy center founded by Miriam Manela Frankel, OTR/L CMLD CTC. The center specializes in helping children, teens, and families navigate behavioral, emotional, sensory, and developmental challenges through an integrated, whole-child approach.

At the heart of the center’s approach is the Thrive Method, which incorporates the Tomatis® Method alongside a range of evidence-informed tools including reflex integration, sensory processing, emotional regulation strategies, and parent coaching.

Our sensory gyms and warm, engaging spaces are designed to promote growth through play, movement and connection. We work closely with parents, caregivers, educators and healthcare providers to ensure progress carries over into daily life.
